About the Owner
Joseph Riccobono carries on the traditions of his family in the New Orleans culinary scene, known for his dedication to local business development and economic growth. As the owner of Sala Nola and a member of several boards of directors, including the Metairie Business Development District (MBDD), Chefs Brigade, and the Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission (JEDCO), he has worked hard to support and promote small businesses in the area.Â
Joseph's passion for food and hospitality runs deep, and he has been a part of the Riccobono family restaurant business for decades, which owns other popular establishments in the area such as Riccobono's Peppermill, Riccobono's Panola St. Café, and Café Navarre. He continues to help to grow and expand their portfolio of successful establishments while committed to community involvement and economic development.
